Whether you bought your flowers or received them as a gift, here are some tips and tricks to get the longest vase life out of your beautiful blooms:

• Place them in a cool location out of direct sunlight

• Do not place in front of fans or vents

• Change the water at least every other day

• Recut the stems at an angle after 4 days

• Remove any leaves that are in the water

• Remove spent blooms as they fade

Take a moment to admire the beauty of nature. Look at your gorgeous flowers, all the different shapes, sizes, and colors. Amazing!

Flower Food Tip:

Use half of the flower food packet when you first arrange the flowers in your vase. Use the rest of the packet after you recut the stems.

Tip for wrapped bouquets:

If your wrapped bouquet has been in a hot car on the way home, place the entire bouquet in a vase of shallow, cool water and let them hydrate for an hour before you remove the wrap and arrange them.
