Cafe au Lait Dahlia Bouquets at Hopewell Market

The cafe au lait dahlia is very well known in the cut flower world. It’s a dinner plate dahlia meaning they can get anywhere from 7” to 12” across. They are glorious while they last, but unfortunately, they don’t have the best vase life. I mix them with zinnias, strawflower, celosia, gomphrena , jewels of Opar, that last much longer. They’re hard to see in these bouquets because they are tucked into the kraft paper to protect them.
